At Chatday.ai, owned and operated by DYNAMIC SEARCH MARKS SL, we strive to provide a top-tier AI experience. This policy outlines the procedures for managing your subscription and the specific, exceptional conditions under which refund requests may be considered.
I. SUBSCRIPTION MANAGEMENT & CANCELLATION
You have full control over your account. You may cancel your subscription at any time by following these guidelines:
Cancellation requests must be requested through the "Contact" form on our Website or in your Account Settings.
To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, you must submit your cancellation at least 72 hours before your next billing date.
If you are using our $1.00 USD trial, you must cancel before the end of the 7-day period to prevent automatic renewal at the standard rate of $29.99 USD.
Once canceled, automatic renewal is disabled. However, you will retain access to all premium features until the end of your current paid period.
II. REFUND ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
In accordance with our Terms and Conditions, all subscription fees are generally non-refundable. We may consider refund requests on an exceptional basis only if all of the following conditions are met:
The request must be submitted within 30 days of the original purchase date.
The request must be made before the subscription period has expired.
Refunds are only available if you have sent fewer than 20 messages during the current billing cycle. For users below this threshold, the Company may, at its sole discretion, issue either a full or partial refund based on actual usage. Refunds are not guaranteed.
Note: The use of 20 or more messages constitutes a full delivery of the service, and no refund (full or partial) will be granted.
III. EXCLUSIONS & NON-REFUNDABLE CASES
Refunds will not be issued in the following scenarios:
- Requests made more than 30 days after the transaction.
- Automatic renewals of subsequent billing cycles.
- Expired subscriptions.
- Evidence of fraudulent activity, account abuse, or bad faith.
- "Change of mind" or dissatisfaction without evidence of technical issues that prevent the use of the platform.
By using our digital services, you acknowledge that the right of withdrawal does not apply as the content is delivered immediately upon your request.
IV. HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND
If you meet the eligibility criteria in Section II, please follow this process:

Our team will review your case and provide a response within 72 hours.
Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 10 days of approval.
V. DISPUTES AND CHARGEBACKS
- We encourage users to contact us directly to resolve any issues.
- Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal may result in the immediate suspension or termination of your account.
- The Company reserves the right to contest chargebacks by providing evidence of authorized transactions and service delivery to the financial institution.
VI. POLICY AMENDMENTS
The Company reserves the right to modify subscription plans, pricing, or this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective upon publication on the Website.
